Designed for easy installation and specifically for use with our range of controlled drug cabinets this alarm system operates when the cabinet is locked or unlocked.
Once activated a remote external red warning light will display when the cabinet door is unlocked.
After a pre-set time period a warning beep will sound to advise that the door is still open and that it should be locked.
The alarm system includes the provision to be connected to a main burglar alarm system however; this connection should only be made by a qualified alarm engineer.
The alarm is supplied with a 12v mains power adaptor with an installed fail safe option to ensure the alarm is still activated should the mains fail. !
