Min/max thermometer and alarm for fridge/freezer use. The thermometer is housed in an ABS case and includes a remote probe with 1metre PVC lead, two temperature sensors and a back light.

C/F FUNCTION
Press the C/F button on the back of the instrument and then release to switch from C to F or F to C.
MAX/MIN MEMORY FUNCTION
Press the MAX/MIN button to display the maximum reading (MAX symbol displayed). Press the MAX/MIN button again to display the minimum reading (MIN symbol displayed). Press MAX/MIN button again to return to normal readings. Hold MAX/MIN for three seconds to reset minimum and maximum temperature memory.
TEMPERATURE ALARM SETTING FOR REMOTE PROBE (IN FRIDGE)
To operate the audible alarm, press and hold the alarm set button to adjust the high or low alarm reading, the alarm settings will then flash in the display. To set the high alarm, press and hold the C/F function button at the rear of the unit. To set the low alarm press the alarm set button and press and hold the C/F function button at the rear of the unit. The audible alarm will sound intermittently when the temperature setting has been exceeded and will cease once the temperatures have returned to within the boundaries set.
EMC/RFI
Instrument readings may be affected temporarily if operated within a radio frequency electromagnetic field strength of approximately 3 volts per metre.

This instrument carries a one-year warranty and guarantee against defects in either components or workmanship. During this period, products that prove to be defective will, at the discretion of Denward Ltd, be either repaired or replaced without charge. This warranty does not apply to probes, where a six-month period is offered. The product warranty and guarantee does not cover damage caused by fair wear and tear, abnormal storage conditions, incorrect use, accidental misuse, abuse, neglect, misapplication or modification. No warranty of fitness for a particular purpose is offered and the user assumes the entire risk of using the product. Any liability by Denward Ltd is limited only to the replacement of defective materials or workmanship, and Denward Ltd accepts no responsibility for consequential loss.
